Phobia Buster - Spiders app for iPhone and iPad

Spiders (Arachnophobia).
This is the first release of the Phobia Buster App.
This version specifically aims to help those with fears or phobias of Spiders.
Targeted coaching for other phobias will be added in the near future if it is felt that a phone based app can provide help to those affected.

Phobias are very much misunderstood, they can be terrifying for the sufferer but they are treatable. You are going to beat and treat your phobia now. This process will gradually expose you to images of your phobic object. Complete this journey slowly and calmly at your own pace.
